Everything sold in Resurrection Royale is cosmetic: outfits, familiars, mounts, spell styles and victory emotes. None of it affects gameplay.

Delivery

Items are added to your account as soon as payment is confirmed, usually within seconds, and appear in every match on any platform where you are signed in to the same account. If an item has not arrived after a few minutes, reopen the wardrobe or contact us with your receipt.

Purchases on ResurrectionRoyale.io

Payments are processed by Stripe. Because digital items are delivered immediately, at checkout you agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that, where the law allows, this ends the 14-day right of withdrawal for EU and UK buyers.

We still refund, on request within [REFUND WINDOW] days, purchases made by mistake, duplicate purchases and items that did not work as described. Email [SUPPORT EMAIL] with the order number from your receipt. A refunded order's items are removed from your account.

Purchases in Discord or on CrazyGames

Purchases made inside Discord follow Discord's refund policy; purchases on CrazyGames follow CrazyGames' and its payment provider's policy. Ask them first; we will help if an item does not appear.

Chargebacks

If a payment is reversed through your bank, the items from that order are removed. Please contact us first — we can usually resolve a problem faster.
